About the event
Acting The Song: Prep Your Songbook with Jordan Barrow
In this class, students will work on the storytelling and acting of a song. The focus will be on 32-bar song cuts that best fit the concept of “book building.” This may include either a new song to add to their book or an existing selection that could benefit from a fresh perspective. The class provides an opportunity to explore material in a way that reveals how to enhance and strengthen audition selections.
